Rachel is a Yoga Teacher, Movement and Meditation Coach and creates gentle, mindful Hatha and Yin classes. Finding yoga and meditation after being diagnosed with arthritis over 15 years ago. Both practices helped her deal with the effects of having a chronic illness. So, with yoga positively impacting her life, completing teacher training was a natural progression for her. Rachel is passionate about helping others feel better within their bodies, creating mindful classes to reflect this.
