What kinds of events does Codex list?
Single-day workshops, multi-day retreats, recurring class series, immersive trainings and one-off live activations — anything hosted by a verified Codex coach or partner studio across Europe.
Can I pay with Codex Credits?
Yes. Most events accept credits — the cost in both euros and credits is shown on the listing. 1 Codex Credit = €2.
Are events online, in person, or both?
All three. Use the Online / In person / Hybrid tabs to filter. Online events run via the host's preferred video platform; in-person and hybrid events show the venue and city.
What's the cancellation and refund policy?
Each host sets their own policy and it's displayed on the event page before checkout. EU consumer law gives you a 14-day cooling-off period for most ticketed events booked more than 14 days in advance.
How do I get notified when new events drop?
Sign up and follow the disciplines or coaches you care about — we'll email you when they publish a new event. You can also join the waitlist on individual events that are sold out or not yet ticketed.
I host events — how do I list mine?
Use the Submit an event flow. We require a verified coach profile or claimed studio, a clear description, and refundable ticketing. Approval typically takes 2–3 business days.
