How do I distribute credits to employees?
From the partner admin panel, allocate credits to team members by email. They receive an invite and redeem credits like any wallet balance — across coaches, classes, products and events.
What can employees actually book?
Anything verified on Codex: 1:1 coaching, therapy, somatic work, yoga and pilates classes, retreats, recovery sessions, and approved wellbeing products.
Do unused credits expire?
No. Credits sit in employee wallets indefinitely and remain spendable across the full Codex marketplace.
What analytics do partners get?
Utilisation dashboards: who has redeemed, what categories are booked most, average satisfaction, and budget burn rate. No individual session content is exposed — privacy by default.
Is Codex GDPR-compliant?
