How does Codex verify its coaches?
Every coach moves through three trust tiers: crawled (auto-discovered), claimed (account taken over by the practitioner), and verified (credentials, ID and insurance reviewed by our team). The trust tier is shown on every profile so you always know what level of due diligence has been done.
How much does coaching on Codex cost?
Hourly rates vary by discipline and experience — typically €50–€180 per session in Europe. You can sort by price ascending or descending, and many coaches sell discounted multi-session bundles. 1 Codex Credit = €2 if you're using a team or wallet balance.
Can I book online sessions or only in-person?
Both. Use the modality filter to choose online, in-person, or coaches who offer either. Online sessions happen via the coach's preferred video platform; in-person bookings show the coach's training location and travel radius.
What happens after I book?
You'll get an email confirmation with the coach's contact details and a calendar invite. The coach receives the same. Most coaches confirm within a few hours; if they can't take the slot you're refunded automatically.
Can I message a coach before booking?
Yes. Every profile has a Contact button that opens an inquiry form. Verified coaches typically reply within 24 hours; you can ask about approach, suitability and pricing before committing to a session.
What's the cancellation policy?
Each coach sets their own window (commonly 24 or 48 hours). The policy is shown on the booking confirmation. Outside the window you can reschedule for free; inside it, refunds depend on the coach's stated terms.
