1. Service
Codex is a marketplace that helps clients find wellness coaches, studios, and products. We are a venue, not a party, to bookings made via the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account.
4. Bookings & payments
Bookings are subject to coach/studio cancellation policies. Payments are processed by Stripe.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility follows the policy attached to each booking. Disputed charges may be referred to Stripe.
6. Acceptable use
No fraud, harassment, scraping, or unauthorised commercial use of other users' data.
7. Liability
Codex is provided "as is". Health and wellness services from coaches are not medical advice. Always consult a licensed professional for medical concerns.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time at /account/privacy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws stated in the contract — to be finalised by counsel.
