We email them a magic link. They sign in, see their balance, and book any verified coach session, class, package or event on Codex.
Can we see who used their budget?
Yes. The partner admin shows aggregate utilisation by team, pillar (mind, body, recovery, nutrition) and time period — never the individual session details, to protect privacy.
What if someone leaves?
Unspent credits return to your wallet automatically when you remove them as a member. Spent credits stay with the booked sessions.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Start with 50 credits (€100) for the 5% bulk tier, or scale to 500+ for 20% off.
How do invoices work?
Pay by card for instant credit, or request an invoice — we issue VAT-compliant invoices within one business day.
