Breathwork

Breathwork is the deliberate use of breathing patterns to regulate the nervous system, improve focus and process emotion. Modalities range from slow box-breathing for calm to active circular breathing for release. Sessions typically last 30–90 minutes and need no equipment beyond a quiet space.

Who breathwork is for

  • Anyone managing stress, anxiety or poor sleep
  • Performers and operators wanting a reliable pre-event regulation tool
  • People exploring somatic work alongside or instead of talk therapy

What to expect

  • An intention-setting, then a guided pattern with music or silence
  • Strong physical sensation is normal — tingling, emotion, deep release
  • A grounded, clearer baseline that often lasts days after a single session
