Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact movement system built around controlled breath, core engagement and precise alignment. Practiced on a mat or specialised reformer, it builds long, balanced strength and improves posture, mobility and body awareness. Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes and suit nearly every body and fitness level.
