How are products on Codex chosen?
Every product is endorsed by at least one verified Codex coach who uses or recommends it in their practice. We don't list anything that hasn't been vouched for by a practitioner — that's the difference vs a generic wellness marketplace.
Can I pay with Codex Credits?
Yes, where the seller has opted in. Look for the 'Accepts credits' badge on the product card. 1 Codex Credit = €2 at checkout, with bulk discounts on credit purchases of 50, 100, 250 or 500.
What's the return policy?
Default is 14 days, unopened, in original packaging — full refund. Some categories (e.g. supplements once opened) follow EU consumer law restrictions. The exact policy is shown on each product page before you buy.
How fast does shipping take?
EU orders ship in 2–5 business days, UK and Ireland 1–3 days. International is 7–14 days. Tracking is emailed when the seller dispatches and updates appear in your account.
Do you sell supplements? Are they regulated?
Yes — supplements come from EU- or UK-licensed manufacturers, with batch certificates available on request. Codex doesn't make medical claims; check with a qualified practitioner before starting anything new.

Submit your product via the Submit a product flow. We require coach endorsement, ingredient/sourcing transparency, and a working returns process. Approval takes 5–10 business days.
